RULES:
Art must be done by hand (not computer generated). Entries must be submitted on a Blue Line Comic Cover Page (available for $1 at BOSCO'S) Must be suitable for viewing by all ages. We want to judge it anonymously so don't sign it yet! Put your name, address and phone number on the back. DEADLINE: Entries must be submitted to any BOSCO'S by closing on August 31. Judging will be done over the weekend with winners announced on September 5.
JUDGING CRITERIA: Credit will be given for adherence to Anime style, creativity and technical ability.
PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZE for Best Overall in each age group: $100 cold cash!
First Place for each category in each age group: $75 Gift Certificate
Second Place for each category in each age group: $50 Gift Certificate
People's Choice for each category and age group: $50 Gift Certificate (All entries will be posted for viewing at www.boscos.com. A People's Choice contest will be run from the website with one vote per e-mail address used.
